Menopause- an important landmark of the end of fertility in women’s life is accompanied by various structural, physiological and psychological changes, which usually take place between the ages of 45-55 years. The present study on Rajput women of Mussorie, Uttaranchal envisages the various structural and functional changes that take place after menopause in comparison to women having regular menstruation.
